David Oliver - Judan 十 段 - Bujinkan Dojo Shidoshi

Shidoshi David Oliver has been training in Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu for over 25 years, starting in 1981 in the Forest of Dean under Mr Steve Popejoy and the BBD. During that time, David earned a scholarship to train under Brian McCarthy for the next 6 years. When Steve left the Bujinkan in 1989, David went to train with Dave Heald, Peter King and other high ranking instructors within the Bujinkan. He then opened his very first KoShin Dojo club at Gloucester Leisure Centre which ran for 12 years untill he moved away to Wiltshire. It is at this point when the KoShin Dojo Malmesbury was formed at the Malmesbury Leisure Centre in Wiltshire. The club has now been running for 6 years with a Hattori group (Juniors) & a senior club with over 30 students.

Since then David has been training with all the top Shihan's around the world including a regular twice yearly trip to Japan to train under Soke Hatsumi and the Japanese Shihan.
David is a direct student of Nagato Shihan.
